No contest AMV all the way the best looking car ever made. All other super cars have all sorts of bumps, lumps and fancy shapes to make them flash but AMV just has something sleek and classy.
100%. No brainer. I wouldn't give the Porsche a second glance. The Aston wins hands down- far more desirable, and people WILL let you exit from side roads in an Aston!
The Porsche is a track weapon for the road, nice car but there are so many around they become the norm. The Vantage is a GT car, it was designed as such and any kudos gained on a track is an additional attribute. The kicker here is the Vantage can't be found in every street corner compared to the 911 thereby, not just giving much greater exclusivity but it also looks and sounds way better than the Porsche. Fact is the Porsche is quicker but driven on UK roads, does this really make a huge difference? NO. Aston Martin for me anyday. That's why I went out and bought one.
It was the 'sport' button and the fact the exhaust valves open fully in an S version about 500 revs sooner than in the none S version. But you can also remove fuse 22, plus you can fit a little gizmo allowing the driver to control when the exhaust flaps open as I have done in mine.
Park a Aston Martin vantage and a 911 out side the monte Carlo casino and count how many hottie's stand next to each car for a Instagram photo and I'll bet my house the vantage will win hands down!!!.❤️🇬🇧😎
he just wasn't driving it hard enough on the road, i guess. it's handling is wonderful. so flat. so much grip. extremely tight steering and the road feel is over the top. i have never felt so much confidence when encountering an unanticipated bump in the middle of a curve. the car stays flat and maintains grip. it's remarkable. 911? any car with a backseat is NOT a sports car in my book.

0:40 Jason's right. The 911 Turbo is a truly capable all-rounder supercar, but that V8 Vantage S just looks gorgeous and sounds glorious.
Can't save the world in a Porsche.
Absolutely love it more than the Porsche. PMSL when Plato said "wet".
It's almost emotional to look at. I never wanted to be blue as much as I do in an AMV
Of course its not as good as the Porsche, you know why!? Its an Aston.... And that is a good thing! :)

I would buy an Aston Martin! Porsches have never appealed to me!

Tbh, the rear seat in the 911 is anything but practical.
Really it’s no contest, the Aston is a GT and it’s just sub zero!
hi
Gorgeous car , would take over a 911 any day!
looks like he has a bigger tongue in his mouth when talking......
its not a sports car its a GT
That's the DB9 and DBS's job. The Vantage is Aston Martin's sports car offering.
@@farishanafiah8461 it was always designed and set up as a GT car
@@user-qq2mo1ek2r Can't say the same for the new Vantage though.
@@farishanafiah8461 but we aren't talking about the new Vantage .... So what's your point?
@@user-qq2mo1ek2r It's still the same idea as this old gen.
Aston
Dont think it is fair to compare with a turbo.
