Since Mamle was a Kurdish potical activist, he was arrested several times by the Iranian government. He died on the 13 january 1999 at the age of 74 in the Kurdish city of Mahabad , and was buried there in the Budak Sultan graves. He is very popular in all over Kurdistan region.
