First of all : The way the puppet Flys around is EXTREMELY satisfying!!
Second : I lucid dream a lot and if your not careful you can very easily turn perfectly good dreams into nightmares! So that was really cool to see!
As for the rest of the animation it's really nice to see something so light and colourful! I loved how everything was animated. Especially the transition when the puppet was thrown through the ball pit. It was also really interesting to see lefty work as an actual trap for the puppet instead of just a costume!
Edit: I totally forgot to mention the textures on the models! There was something very detailed about them and I can't put my finger on what it Is. But it makes them stand out really well!

Puppet being a nice lady is way too wholesome
After animating a bit myself, I realize how hard it is to lipsync the puppet to the song! Excellent work on that and the animation as a whole! There were loads of creative ideas and the “story” was fun to watch!
1:15 Puppet Master is terrified of nightmare Fredbear! I never thought she would be afraid of most animatronics cause she brings them back to life. But Anyways Amayzing Animation Katrina! ^^

Genuinely one of the best fnaf SFM's and one of the best fnaf songs i've seen in a long time.
It doesn’t matter if it made total sense or not. I really really liked it, the lighting was warm and inviting, the transitions were smooth af, there was no stiffness to the animation, and I really liked the part where the puppet was “stuck in this position” and trapped in the lefty suit. Although there was no real story this has got to be my second favorite puppet animation. My first is Bad Apple and it was one of the animations that keep me coming back to this channel. Once again Xboxgamerk you have outdone yourself with an incredible animation and improve every time.
In my opinion, the best things about this animation are the smooth transitions and lighting effects. Not to mention the song choice!
Edit: Also forgot to mention how much personality this gave the puppet instead of it being an emotionless robot!

My interpretation of this : because(according to the books) Charlie was 3 when she died, she just thinks her being the puppet is a nightmare, but every time she tries to wake up, her situation just gets worse and worse, and she doesn’t understand due to her age
At the end she finally ‘wakes up’, as she is no longer the puppet and is free

I like to think this animation is about the puppet's mind processing what's been happening throughout it's journey in the series. My biggest evidence for this is the dolls of the original characters turn into dolls for the rock stars. Notice that the animation starts with the Toy animatronics on stage and the puppet happy but as time goes on we keep seeing the shadowy SpringTrap as if the puppet still has nightmares about him presumably during times the spirit isn't moving the body like in the daytime. I know you specifically said that the animation is up to interpretation, but that's how I interpret it.
