Hey mate! I’m new to OPTCG and I’m running BY Luffy. Can you do like an in depth breakdown for new players like me on how to win with BY Luffy? I seem to always be struggling against big power characters/ lack of cards in hand or just not being able to sequence properly/ attack
@@FullyChargedTCGsweet! Thanks man! I basically run the standard of what everyone is running except I use 2 10c Kuzan, 2 thunderbolt & 1 ice age and 1 baby ace & 1 big ace I think. Ive been told its good to deal with big bodies and Bonney but I think my Kuzan just keeps getting removed or I struggle to decide between Moria play/ Kuzan play 😂😂😂
@@FullyChargedTCG okay. I don’t know why as a BY Luffy player I struggle against my friends Yamato deck. I want to rewatch the video to see how to effectively play against Hody, but do you have any other tips on the match up itself?
Sabo is your best friend, one thing that I see ppl do is have two sabos/blockers and go to 0 life with little combo power. Then get smacked by hode.. let's say they are going to have 10 don, hody is 7 so max he can swing for is 13k if you can't combo out of that instead of becoming a 9k lead with two blockers become a 7k with 1 and 1 life now u have a buff and a blocker. Plus u can eat a hody swing.. it's hard to say without seeing your build and how you play into the match. But if hody is a problem my guess is that this might help.

I also forget to mention sometimes I don’t know what to do when the opponent is being either super aggressive or super defensive

When does yamatos double attack come into effect?
Honestly Against black yellow luffy the double doesn't really matter.
