I loved the trick system..and they were so specific on how much air you get based off tricks, like frozen factory doing a backflip on that big ramp lands you in the shortcut, I loved that
Eh maybe not I think if it Took more of a similar route to CTR nitro fuelled too where it keeps the controls from the first game but then adds levels from the other games

I remember playing the first one at a mcdonalds. Even the Demo was amazing, and would love another riders game. I mean, come on... Hoverboards are awesome. Gimmie a tony hawk free style mode too.

Everything was good about riders. But one thing i wish they adapted from riders and kept into the mainline. Was the models/animation. Everyone looks so smooth and free. Sonics long flowing hair is the essence of freedom. And the facial animations were amazing. Knuckles going crazy over tails spewing smarts was hilarious. They need to feel free when animating them and breaking the wall of realism. These characters appearance would work so well in whacky situations that u would see in a comedy anime. Instesd of sonic fronteirs where 60% of the time characters just beam eachother with dead expressions. They just keep there game model in a cutscene and barely use cgi
We know that in Sonic Prime, there are multiple other worlds. Sooo... we have Tails from the Sonic Riders universe traverse the worlds and introduce the extreme gear to a different Sonic universe and BAM we get fun times!
I'd stick with the controller, because games at high speeds aren't very friendly without it. But a mix of OG riders trick system, character types, leveling system, & speed of the game, ZG riders gravity mechanic for unique shortcuts, and Free riders items sounds good.
i really hope they make a new sonic riders over that Mario kart bootleg copy trash. they made 1 mistake with free riders It doesn't mean they cant make a comeback. this game is a timeless nostalgic classic not only the gameplay characters but the banger soundtracks I hope they bring this game back in the best way possible.
I actually liked Zero Gravity more than the first Riders, but I could be biased because it was much easier. Either way, I absolutely want remakes, official remakes of both of these games. If they're going to pick only one game to remake from the series, it should ultimately be Zero Gravity imho.
Just because you don't like it doesn't mean that Shadow The Hedgehog is a spin-off game. It directly follows the events of Heroes and sets up Shadow to be a G.U.N. agent in every piece of Sonic media afterwards.
In my opinion sonic riders is better than Mario kart will ever be it's just so basic, sonic riders is hard to get in i agree with that but when you get in its just a masterpiece
