It’s too much liquid for the amount of flour. She’s not giving all the informations, either she’s using a big cup for flour and sugar and a small cup of milk to not make it too runny; or she adjusted it before filming. I had a feeling it will be too runny so I added flour and sugar for consistency. To get a balanced cake you should have 3 cups of flour+2cups of sugar+1cup of cream/yoghurt/dairy+ 3eggs. This is the base of any cake you can just flavour it how you like with vanilla or anything else you like. And safran should always be crushed to release the flavour. Hope this helps
