Noob is NOT an offlaner
Most of the fights lost is because of his inability to tank correctly or not being fast with the disables.
His initiation is good , but his counter initiation is really bad.
I don't think he should stay with the team.
If they can bring ATF back that would be perfect

It's easy to blame baldy but honestly draft isn't the issue , they just can't pressure with the lead and miss their timings. Game 3 is great example ; they had a lead and they couldn't pressure then all magic dmg line-up falls timber builds pipe and shroud. Nigma never have esclation and deathball like GG or Liquid , very often 4-5k lead doesn't mean anything on Nigma they don't look like they are playing from lead.
