Please tell me if the ordinary over 55 could afford this house? Florida house prices are out of control. This is beyond crazy. Wait until the house market bubble burst and then they'll be begging poor people to homes.

WAY EXPENSIVE! And the neighbors are right there, plus I bet you’re going to have HOA fees to. A small percentage of retired people could afford it, those that can would buy something else.

Well beautifully, but I'm retired, I have no really money to buy a home, even I desire all my life, IS single parent a raised my two children alone, but no chance to save any money. So but nothing is impossible with God. I keep hoping 🙏 for a miracle.

Beautiful home, wish I could buy this with all the furniture as well.
They do eventually sell the furnished model once the community is near/ sold out. It usually goes for way above base price because of the prime location and the many upgrades, pool and interior design. They don't give a price until they are ready to sell them. Thanks for watching ☀️ 🌴

A beautiful home, but it's just a pipe dream for many retirees as more than not middle-class workers are unable to set aside any serious savings for such a "55" or older community. If you're wealthy welcome. But if you are primarily living on SS with some $$ you have managed to squirrel away keep on walking! Note that no mention of dollar amount was even broached upon. SMH

Beautiful house however less is more showing a house sometimes. Too much staging for me, trying to declutter at our age so we don’t trip over things.

Beautiful house but it’s nearly impossible for the average person. I get really disgusted how these builders here in South Florida act like 600, 700, 800k is nothing.

At a time when people go to retirement. they want to reduce their houses and at this age there are a lot of lonely women so why are they building such large houses Please explain.
