Sam i have one doubt about this video, as i gone through your steps you have deployed the service in Admin and it is up and running you have created the client and triggered the request .suppose we don't deploy the service in TEA instead of that canwe run the server process ie initial created one assume that as server we can start that and this one we can see output?
Hello sir...I am trying to do this.For that I have tried to deploy my web service ear into tea. but i am getting this error while uploading my ear.. "Failed to Upload Error TIBCO-THOR-FRWK-CMN-500104: Profile file [jar:file:/C:/Users/......./AppData/Local/Temp/upload.tea5985952192571075998/SOAP_Webservice.application_1.0.0.ear!/default.substvar] is not valid"

If iam not wrong , timer is a starter activity even in bw5 aswell it will trigger when the date and time setting we set in the configuration section once that time comes it will trigger immediately that activity

Sir can you please help me to discribe about the timer activity.. i have seen many times in BW 6.X we always use timer in the starter activity.
