Is it necessary to add UTM track parameter website link to final URL ? Can't we just add simple website link if we have already added conversion tracking thru google analytics?
Yeah it doesn't matter, but if you want to have the data outside of the G-Ads you should use parameters.
sir mai ek advertiser hu maine chhote mote ad lagaye hai, aur bahut sare logo yt video ko promote kiya hai with facebook and google ads, But actual me ads ka kitna charge karte hai wo mujhe nhi pta ! so plzz thoda help kar dijiye

With the current algorithm you should either know what your exact goal is as the system will give you specific bidding strategies, if you are not entirely sure of the exact goal create a campaign without a goals guidance is the best way to move forward as it gives you all the available options.
