I dont say that they are giving the best quality metal for the oven but the given quality is good for the price and home use.It may not be apt for commercial utility.

The aluminium glass is placed at the centre of the aluminium plan to cook evenly, it gives a ring shaped cake. My mom bakes in this as well and I love the flavour !
Put aluminum glass upside down in the center of cake dough make sure you put butter in the surface of glass so that it will not stick to cake it will make the cake cook from center also. I have one brought by my parents it is working good since 1988. Still we use it occasionally twice or thrice in year to make tradional cake. Really it is good
We have a similar model over...the regulator has stopped working eons ago.... but still that piece of nostalgia bakes some serious goodies....
I have this oven and the temperature setting knob is broken ,can I get that part again.If it is available from where can I get it? Please tell us where is it available? Thank you
sometimes the centre of a cake remains partially baked... this aluminium glass is useful for baking the centre and it gives the cake a shape of a donut

The glass thing is used to make th cake like a big donut donut is having a hole in middle like wise 1st put the glass thing in the middle and put the cake batter in the sides of the cake and after making u will se a big donut cake and I need some recipes using this oven please
What is the meaning of centigrade in that turning nobe the light is automaticcaly getting off when i turn it to 180 and all
The light goes off when it reaches 180 degrees...and agin switvhes on by its own...That is its mechanism.All the numbers given in it are as per centigrade only.
*Check the Manual for a clear Idea.
You will know the working better within the mext few uses of the Oven.

The glass will kept center of the round tray during cake making..
I have similar oven but is very old model(peacock is the name of the model) its still like new one but I dnt find the regulator knob to set the temperature.... Can u plz help me

Yes it is not so tight..but closes completely on all a sides. Closing the lid is only for the sake of baking the food.

Same.....i have that aluminium glass but couldn't find its use yet.
In manual it says 'phate hue cake ya baking powder mile cake container ke bich mai tube rakhkar sekhne chahiye'
Is that tube=aluminium glass?

Yes...paneer tikkas can be made.
The aluminium skewer given is used for the grilling purpose.

It would be very useful if you could actually bake /grill something in this. I recently found something similar in the attic was ready to discard and then realized that it's still functional after god knows how many decades 🙄
