Both apartments have very similar floor plans: you can see the interior by the entrance. You also have to go up dark, narrow, steep stairs to get to the second apartment. That is a particularly undesirable feature, especially for women. The large windows in both apartments ensure sufficient natural light. Yet, to ensure privacy also, you will need curtains - particularly for the floor-to-ceiling window by the loft bed. Also, in both apartments, the bathroom and toilet are not separated. If you live alone, there is no problem, but if you share the apartment with another person, that can be an inconvenience. (Imagine someone is using the toilet and you need to get out from the shower. 🫣). Both apartments are not ideal, but the first one is more preferable than the second one, because,with the first apartment, you at least don't need to climb up steep, narrow, and dark stairs. 玄関扉…部屋の中が透けるのは嫌だし冬は冷気で冷たくなりそうな上に結露凄そう。
天井高いのって、照明の埃とか掃除どうすれば良いのか気になるよね。窓が多くて明るいのは良いけど、ロフトや畳で寝るとなると窓に超接して寝る事になって、これまた玄関扉と同じく冬は冷気と結露で大変そう。アメリカンセパレートタイプは広さがないと、位置によっては使いにくく不衛生な印象になるよね。
長く不満を書いてしまったけど、お洒落に特化しただけで住むには向かない部屋だなと。仕事部屋とかセカンドハウスなら良いのかな？

どちらの部屋も玄関開けたら部屋の中丸見えってのがちよっと気になる。それに２部屋目は窓多すぎ。カーテン代もかかるし空調効率も悪そう。
見らて困るなら、住まなきゃ良い
この程度の窓で「カーテン代もかかるし空調効率悪そう」ってどんだけ経済的余裕が無いのよ(笑)

@@xoxo-hl1jo ご心配なく。現在5LDKの一軒家住まいです。無駄な所にお金かけたく無いだけですよ。締めるところは締めて贅沢する時はパッと使う。一応主婦ですので管理はしっかりしないとね。だって賃貸なんて自分のものでも無いのにお金かけるのバカらしいじゃない？賃貸殆んど住んだこと無いけどさ。
