Yes its very worth it get, BUT ONLY for him, its gives him energy and much needed crit rate, with which you can go for a crit damage body, or have like 80% crit to do a lot of consistent DMG, and trust me you NEED to have 80% crit rate on any of the characters to do DMG, BUT its not good on most of other characters tho.
he is definitely worth it, in the upcoming patch along with Sparkle, his value will go up even more, he will have the strongest teams in game with sparkle, huohuo, tingyun.
