So, I bought this one. To help others out, I’m a mature female, and I can confirm it is extremely easy to set up. Plus, it’s not heavy to carry. I don’t know enough about tents to compare quality, but it seems nice enough. The zippers work, etc.. There’s no overhang, but I could use a tarp on top if necessary. I put a HD tarp down first for floor protection. I also have some thin cotton rugs I throw inside. (IKEA) One nice thing is that I usually put the fly on; I fold the front or back half, depending on the sun, to the other side between screen and fly. I get ventilation, a view, and shade.
Thank you for sharing. I have the 6 person tent and its easy-to-use and easy to set up. I haven't rain /water used it so as for water protection i dont know.
Also, how many people do you sleep for The 6person tent? Im only 1 person but still leaning towards the 6 for flexibility and room for my gear and stuff
6 per tent can definitely fit plus room for some stuff. As for the assembly, it's easy. You don't need to read the instructions if you see the picture from the box. In addition, all the pols are color coated.
Good vid! I've been looking at this tent for over a year, but wasn't comfortable with the lack of info out there. There is even less on the larger 6-person version. Companies don't bother putting media out anymore and leave it to owners/users, so they're getting free advertising. Customer service at its worst...
thanks for the view and comment have not had to use there costumer service that's speaks well of the product i think the tent is a good product and continue to enjoy it
Hi! Thanks for this review, I was looking into the 6 person version of this tent which seems to be built similar. I wonder how sturdy the floor is? It's seems to be the main concern with this tent since it's not tarp material. have you had any sturdyness issues? does it feel like it would easily break?
Should have been longer and had a bit of an over hang in front of the door . Any amount of wind and rain combo you will be swimming in that thing . I usually like 12-18 inches buffer between myself and my gear from the sides of the tent so I don’t rub against the sides and don’t get went in the event that the sides to start to leak a bit . Give you room to shuffle to one side of the tent or the other if needed
@@AldousHuxle6662 Thanks for the view and comment btw I did spray the tent with Thompson’s water seal clear finish I’ve use it extensively and has held up well and now that it’s $50 that’s a deal!
The way you say tent

No one has commented yet. I’d like to say thank you for taking the time to make it because, you’re right, there aren’t many videos on this tent!
I appreciate the video! Thought of purchasing this because of the good reviews and seems it's easy to set up. Very detailed information! Awesome!
Thanks for this, I've been looking at this one. Much appreciated.
Thanks for the share. I just purchased the 6 person version on sale for $65. I can't wait to test it out!

Can 1 person set it up, you think? I’m not great at assembling things either lol

Sorry for the late reply well it is just a tent like most now days but I do run a 8x8 tarp under mine to help with durability if that helps
