@@selfdirectedDONNELLOkay mr Donnell.... here is my reasoning & my logic as to why I believe that VB is a wealth building tool. Velocity banking as far as my understanding of the definitiion of the term is concerned, is a method by which a person or a company could accerlerate the payoff of debt or a mortgage using a debt tool .... correct ?
And it said by most of you VB influencers/guru's on youtube that an average person could payoff their debt including their mortgage in 7 to 10 years, now is that statement true ?
Now if you can payoff a mortgage in less than 10yrs and you use this strategy to accelerate the payoff of investment property, how long will take for a person to be pull out their equity for which they can use to purchase more investment property ?
If you decide instead to purchase a cashflow business, how long would it take to use the discretionary funds aka cashflow to pay off that business ?
So as you can see, the suposition that VB isn't a wealth building tool is quite false.
As matter fact I think that it is the most important wealth building strategy there is because it entails establishing a budget, keeping to that budget & managing the cashflow to 10x paying off debts that would normally take 30 yrs to payoff to less than 10 yrs. The equity now gives you capability (power) to scale the purchase and payoff of more & more properties and businesses and guess what... the banks will absolutely LOVE you and will be tripping over themselves trying to get to you to lend you money !😁👍
