You're better off using a pressure cooker / salt in the base method to bake this instead of microwave. non-convection microwave can not be used for baking, it just won't work.

Microwave mode will not brown but 3 minutes. If convection mode is being used then 20 mins, after preheating in same temperature

Was 250 good enough for you.. I had to reduce to 180 as the base was turning very dark.. The top wasn't browning as shown but the taste was superb
