i really enjoy your videos steve and as a dog parent of 3 my oldest at 17 i agree with you and your customer it’s super hard when they go i have been very fortunate my old girl is still doing well for her age she has been just the best but my mother and i have been talking and we have always had a steadfast rule that we will never let our furry friends suffer so if they have a problem we can manage and our vet agrees we will then do whatever is necessary and if they are healthy and not suffering we keep going if not then we will except the alternative and then it’s time it’s really quite amazing actually because as old as she is even though a little slower she’s right there with the puppy playing and having a good time we have been truly blessed and i will miss her when her time comes if anyone wants a super sweet loving wicked smart full of energy dog i highly recommend the Queensland healer that is what my oldest dog is or otherwise know as the healer dingo mix this is not a dog for people that are not home all the time they do ok by themselves or with a partner but they must have something to do or they will get bored and cause trouble my healer puppy ripped the carpet off the stairs last night when we were sleeping you must be willing to train and keep them busy as they will get into trouble however if you work with them they are so smart and willing to please that they will do anything for a treat an once you get the herding trait trained out as they are cattle dogs by breed and used on the farm it’s instinct so they just do this so they love to mouth you not bite of course lots of puppies do this but the healer does not grow out of it you have to let them know it’s not ok and it’s super important to work with them to not do this to you and just get used to the body bumps lol i couldn’t find a way to get our oldest dog not to try and move me when she was playing get past this as a puppy an you will have a fantastic family dog very protective and loyal dog but not aggressive anyway i can talk for days about my dogs but im not going to i have enough😂 and i just love miss Molly she is an angel
I’m surprised that you opted ‘not’ to use the low water cutoff option. Very important safety feature. If you would have priced it out I’m sure the customer would have paid extra. By not giving the customer the option or at least explaining it to him makes you look lazy. Also, set you up for some liability.. No?
This guy gave his dog the best life. 👍 good work Steve and love for miss Molly. She always makes me smile.
'Let's not reinvent the wheel' Steve's always good for a laugh talking to customers. Always bring up how high prices are. Primes them up for the bill.
Probably a cold solder joint where the connector is attached to the circuit board.

Eleven years, not one!
When I had my steam boiler replaced last year one of the first things the installer did was set the damper to stay open. 👍 Replacements are $250+
