Handong really shines on the B-sides because her voice is more suited to soft ballads than rock. If you've seen a live performance of them you can tell that her voice isn't powerful but it's subtle and very sweet.
Omg, I love this song. Handong has so much more lines in bsides, so I hope you keep listening to them. They have a lot of different genres in their songs. One of my favorite special clips is “And there was no one left” and “Red sun”. And if you want to know them more, you can react to videos from The channel “Insomnicsy”, there’s a recent series called “this is...” Jiu, Sua, Handong, etc
@@KpopPrince thought so too until i dove into dc hahaha imma make it my mission in your channel to prove this to you~~ next up: and there was no one left c: also yeah, they release at least one special clip per era
That's an opinion... As a massive fan of both I'd have to disagree but it's a personal taste thing. They definitely have great B-sides though and can do any genre - that's a fact. :)
Excellent reaction. You're right, they are super versatile which you wouldn't know from their MVs. They have a number of B-sides with Special Clips but they also have Special Clips with covers, solos, 2 or 3 member units, live performances, anniversary songs, contest performances, etc. Some of the covers they totally make there own and some B-sides without Special Clips are killer, worth reacting to without the video. And and their choreography is good enough to warrant taking a look at dance practices and dance version MVs.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. They're known for their b-sides' variety of genre vibes. Here's some: And there's no one left Jazz Bar Red Sun July 7th Silent Night Lullaby Trap Diamond In the Frozen Black or White And all their album intros They also have tons of messy chaotic videos.
Dreamcatcher's b-sides are so good that for many of the fandom they compete with titles tracks for how good they are. if you venture more you will realize that Dreamcatcher is much more than rock
Most of their albums have B-side special clips. Lullaby from Fall Asleep in the Mirror, Sleep Walking from Prequel, Mayday from Escape the Era, And There Was No One Left from The End of Nightmare, Wonderland and July 7th both from Alone in the City. Dystopia has the most special clips with Red Sun, Black or White, Sahara (parody), Full Moon, Over the Sky and Paradise (Siyeon). Full Moon and Over the Sky are older songs. Full Moon was made for fans to mark their first year anniversary of their debut and Over the Sky was made 2 years after debut, but I'm not sure if that one was an anniversary song. Paradise was a solo MV for Siyeon but was included in the album. They made a parody version of The Curse of the Spider from Raid of Dream, but it was only shown at their fansign meeting. There are fan cams of it here on youtube.
i love there b sides and covers. there both on dreamcatcher official, and older specials are on happyfaces page. handong is my bias btw haha july 7th is like all her song in my opinion. GH just released a special right after they did rose blue, and JiU released on on her birthday, she gave us all a gift. its called i love you 3000. but b sides is like, sleep walking, silent night, in the frozen. hell all there b sides haha. sorry no help
Honestly, I've never cared whether a reactor has heard the song or seen the MV before. I just like to see aomeone enjoying the same music I enjoy. Besides, you always miss a lot on the first viewing especially with Dreamcatcher because their MV's are so densely packed with complex imagery. So go ahead and do them again.
My favorite b-sides : - Scar (this hits so hard and it feeds my metalhead soul) - Silent Night (this is basically a masterpiece) - Mayday - Wonderland - Sahara - Red Sun But seriously, no matter what genre they go for, I've never disliked a song from them. Literally all hits.
July 7th and mayday are the bsides I always go back to. I used to be obsessed with wonderland and there was no one left. I always go through cycles of being obsessed with one or two of their songs lmao. Jazz bar, and TRAP, trap is ICONIC omg. Well all of their songs are iconic. The curse of the strider, also very good. I also love their ballads especially Lullaby :D They do post special clips for some b sides, like with the scream comeback they heavily promoted red sun and black or white! It felt like having 3 comebacks in the span of 1-2 months lmaoo. They also sand jazz bar live. They feed us well. They also did special clips for July 7th, and there was no one left, over the sky, lullaby and other bsides :D Sometimes they post special clips of them singing covers, gahyeon’s special clip was the most recent one. She sang a song by Stella Jang and not long before she posted a cover of 이 지금 by IU! Jiu also posted a cover of I love you 3000 not long ago on her birthday for us! Some special clips I can think of right now would be Siyeon singing Eraser, Paradise, We All Lie, Jiu singing Honesty, SuA singing and dancing to copycat (she choreographed it herself), Dami rapping to her own composition (and lyrics :0), SuA and Dami covering Havana, Handong singing Proof of heartbeat (she sings in Chinese then korean!), Yoohyeon singing 2002, secret love song, Gahyeon singing vanishing paycheck. Some group special clips I like tOO much include lucky strike, there’s nothing holding me back, Really Really and 시대유감. There’s basically a lot LOL, we are really spoiled by them huh 🥺🥺🥺 best girls
They do have a ton of special clips, mostly b-sides but they have a fair number of covers as well! Their B-sides are primarily different genres, though most of their albums have a second rock song. As for funny clips, if you want group clips the series "Dreamcatcher being the funniest group alive" by multi serendipity. There are three but each are only ten minutes so that is a pretty good length to do one and the first video is excellent. Easily the best group compilations IMO.
Handong actually has more part in the bsaide tracks. The rocky sound just doesnt fit her voice really well which is that rocky songs always bcome tittle track so far and she barely got many line(except for Dajvu). That's why she is called the queen of Bsides.
Try the July 7th special clip, it is Handong's song, other special clips: Red sun, black or white, it's okay, lullaby, sahara :) They also have a lot of amazing covers if you're interested
Wonderland is so good, it's just smooth and sexy and you can just sink into it. I admire anyone who can pick a bias in Dreamcatcher because they're all amazing. BUT, if you want to ruin your life in the best way, watch SuA's special clip where she does a cover of Copycat. The song is perfect for her and her dancing is... 👀👀 (I am looking respectfully.)
Welcome to the the other side of Dreamcatcher continue down this road and you’ll find out why they are called Queens Of Versatile Queens Of B(A++) Sides STAN TALENT STAN DREAMCATCHER
Hope you listen all the B-Sides they are all worth it, most of them could be easily title tracks. My top 5 (not in order) 1. Silent Night 2. July 7th 3. Black or White 4. In the frozen 5. Diamond
Oh, and I should have mentioned - if you go back through their RUclips channel, they do a ton of vlogs and cute behind the scenes, casual videos, and it's a great way to get to know them. Also a lot of people don't realize that if you go digging through the videos on the Happyface channel (vs. their own group channel) they have all sorts of interesting dance covers (including one for Beyonce's Partition which I never knew I needed). The little videos are usually 10 minutes and under so their fun to binge in between other things.
Here's a b-sides playlist for your to check out: ruclips.net/p/PLqhaQ7kC3-nwEU-KNvlErv6mLxwGej87n Their b-sides come with every album. And Leez and Ollounder use those as "experimentals" .. which completes the listening experience for each comeback.
The choreo is top notch, even though barely move. This is their best non-rock sounding song. If you like the b-sides, check out one of their lesser known covers, I've never heard the song they're covering, but they make it sound great, especially if you like their heavier stuff, It's called (드림캐쳐) '시대유감' , might have to copy and paste. Just realized I could insert the link, lol. ruclips.net/video/GVl6pSn30SM/видео.html
You need to dive in to DC more..tho their title tracks are strong and fierce they have so much to offer..they have almost all the genres in mind via their Bsides..
I love Dreamcatcher so much and u being a insomnia is amazing but I have a request could u react to oneus come Back home it’s so good and the mv is like a mv
I would honestly prefer if you reacted to there b-sides/special clips instead of re-watching MV's that you've already seen, but that's just me. Btw, sorry if I misspelled something. English isn't my native language
Dreamcatcher - And there was no one left...
Defenately "Red sun" You've gotta check that man asap. and "black or white"
Both have special clips.
My favorite b-sides of DC include: Silent Night, Jazz Bar, Trust me, Wake up and 7th of July.

If you want a taste of just how diverse their discography is, just listen to the entire Dystopia: The Tree of Language album.
