tuve el mismo problema.... el motor que mueve el sistema de presion de cafe esta atorado. Abri todo el sector y limpie. Puse a punto y salio funcionando!!!

Hola sandra hay que desarmar por completo la cafetera y darle limpieza profunda y mantenimiento a cada pieza, es un trabajo muy laborioso te podes ayudar en el desarme con videos posteados en youtube y muchisima pasiencia

Hey, I´ve got same problem. Upper and lower symbols are blinking red. How did you fix that? As per manual is mentioned to bring it to coffee machine service, but I hope with some minimum technical knowledge must be possible to fix it home. Thank you for your reply

J'ai la même machine et après détartrage le bouton de vapeur clignote toujours et le café est froid .
