So I made a set of 3 side dishes from the past.^^

[How to]
Radish salad.
Half of radish (500g)
: 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder / 1 tablespoon of sugar / 1 tablespoon of plum syrup / 2 tablespoons of vinegar /
1 tablespoon ground garlic / 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder (insufficient seasoning with salt)
Fried fish cake.
8 pieces of square fish cake.
: 2 tablespoons soy sauce / 2 tablespoons starch syrup / 1 tablespoon cooking wine / 1/2 tablespoon garlic / 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Seaweed Stem -
a pack of salted seaweed
(Remove saltiness from water for 30 minutes)
: Half an onion / 1 tablespoon perilla oil + 1/2 tablespoon grape seed oil / 1 tablespoon cooking wine / 1 tablespoon tuna liquid
