Quinn’s plan of leaving the baby on the porch didn’t work, so she left him in the park and hoped James wouldn’t notice 👀😂
I know leaving the baby in the park is just a current glitch when you load the lot. but when you ask who would’ve done it. We all know it would’ve been quinn the one who wants to do tummy time outside and then accidentally leave the baby lol

You should buy playmats for the infants. This way they‘ll be able to gain milestones on their own
I related pretty hard to Rye's room being unfinished because they "don't don't have enough money," while also saving up to buy a treehouse.
Empathy is super easy to increase! Spam give gift to a family member (preferably simoleans because it's easier). It raises empathy by a lot (it's also a loophole for the Fabulously Wealthy aspiration 😏).

After watching james try and handle 7 kids and 3 adults, i REALLY want to see him tackle the 100 baby challenge.
The way the nanny's work is that they automatically gain friendship with everyone in the household. Which is fine I guess, until they start constantly calling and asking to be your best friend and visiting the house uninvited 😭 it gets so creepy
I thought it was cute when my sim’s kids were children age but now the youngest is about to go to college and it’s weird 😂

I cannot tell you how many times I have locked the house door due to neighbor invaders and then invited guests over and kept yelling at the game to let them come inside! 🤣 If it makes you feel better, I didn't remember that the bathroom door was locked either.

If there is anything I learn from James' game play is that Sims will literally do whatever they want.
"Rye's room" could become his Childs room and he could move in the treehouse for his kid to have space. (even thought they probably could share the space as its big enough but I think Rye likes living in the treehouse)
Idk, I could see Rye giving the treehouse to his kid so they have some personal space
Nanny: Well, my plan seems to be working so far...since I changed my name, had that little bit of plastic surgery, and the operation for my bad feet, I don't think they realize I used to be the mail carrier. Even if the dad won't be my BFF, I hope they just keep having more babies so I can spend the rest of my days smelling this wonderful nursery!
The slide is probably in the household inventory, but not showing up because of the better build buy mod. When the mod is enabled, you have to turn on the debug filter option (NOT the same as turning on organized debug) under Content to see anything in your inventory that doesn't show up in the regular buy catalog. I'm pretty sure some other things are hiding that way too.
The tree house will be great for Krista to be a roommate
Please, let your kids to actually have naps when they come back from school so their sleeping schedule gets somehow fixed.
They have naps automatically when they are tired during daytime exactly to avoid this problem 😂
Character values tips:
Conflict resolution is harder to do as a teen because the parents can nolonger teach them to say sorry (interaction only available on tots and kids), you'll have to get them to "help with bad relationship" with a bunch of different sims (more micro-managing).
Empathy can be raised by volunteering (as a kid they can play with the doctor set too). Since Ash has graduated, just get him to spend his days volunteering (option on the phone).
Emotional control can be raised by "jogging to clear mind" or writing in their journal.
Manners - just get them to set the table constantly.
Responsibility automatically goes up with school attendance and completing homework.
I don't know if it's a general thing but my sim filled up emotional control real quick by "winding down" listening to classical music

And picking up toys if there's a chest also increases responsibility

Alder and Aspen are the kind of kids who don’t need to try very hard and are still good in school and Oak was the one left on the porch and the park and should be the outcast. The one that will drop out of, the rebel, the difficult child 😂

I like the idea of Challah for a girl- based off the Jewish bread just released in game.
I wish they’d give us kippot. Also challah actually is the portion taken when a Jew makes *any* type of dough that is over 3-5 lbs (depends on custom) of flour. The braided loaves are Ashkenaz. Here in Israel all bread (and pita etc) says “challah taken”.

Empathy is definitely the easiest value to max, no matter how low it is. Volunteering gives it a massive boost, and you can volunteer over and over with no cooldowns.
Oak should be a dropout when they’re older, and should get all the bad traits since he’s the least loved by they’re own mom 😂

Literally been laughing out loud at this! I cannot deal with the chaos in my own games I get too frustrated, but watching James endure the chaos is just too funny!
I really love how unconventional this build is. With the bathroom, kitchen and office nook. Might be nice to give the house an eventual small makeover. Maybe some nice white paint outside and one last photo of the outside with the bush. Itfeels like such a authentic lived in house. Perfect for this series for growing together.
James, you can teleport infants. This is very handy when they appear on the edge of the neighborhood after travel 😅

you actually don't need to be in a bad mood to jog to clear mind, i'm pretty certain teens can do it at any time. they can also write in a journal over and over to boost their conflict resolution as well

1. For Empathy, you can make Ash & Willow Volunteer a bunch of times (under Travel category on Phone)
2. Emotional Control they can Jog to Clear Mind anytime, you can be happy and still jog, you can also write in your journal for emotional control.
3. For Ash's scouting, go to the park in oasis springs, to the pond there and click "Catch Frogs" six times, he'll get the Outdoor Adventure badge. 4. Give Back Badge - super easy - just go to the mailbox and donate anything.
5. Good Deeds - make Ash take out the trash a couple of times, cancel the interaction in between and he gets a badge.
6.Young Scientist - Just make them program for 15 mins in game and cancel the interaction and they'll get a badge.

I think Alder should live in Sulani when he leaves the house, since he loves the water so much. He even looks like a beachy surfer dude.
That's why I don't use cribs anymore! I only have playmats set out plus babies can work on their own milestones that way.

omg the part where he left for five minutes and came back to the 3rd baby being left at the park miles away from the house had me laughing so hard I'm crying. That was amazing. Quinn really did not want triplets as much as James did, she keeps trying to get rid of one. She was like maybe he won't notice? and then stopped to get her bike, "fixed it" and is riding all slowly. James was like: "a little sense of urgency please! The baby is asleep in the park" and Quinn just like "wow beautiful day out". 😂😂😂
