No you can't because you have only TCS option for inland courier

Once you applied then wait for few days till approve your application you will get sms and email to pay fees, after get this notification then you can download form from HEC portal, you have to print out then go to courier office pay fees with your documents then you will get courier payment slip scan upload at HEC portal that's it

what if we only wanted the transcript to get attested? is it necessary to upload the selected degree or we can just upload the required transcript to be attested?

Salam,
I am planning to get my ECA done from CES
I only got my MBA degree + transcript ATTESTED from HEC and they sent it in a sealed envelope
Now i want to know that:
- can i submit my CES ECA only with my attested + sealed envelope of MBA degree + transcript
- OR do i need to first upload and attest my BBA degree from HEC and THEN make my submission on CES

If 4 + 2 years education then go for iqas both degrees, otherwise just send MBA to CES
