      Me too. We need a channel that has every show and movie ever made. Then we can choose what we want to watch.

    I definitely remember this very very short-lived but very very memorable sitcom! My favorite part was at the end of the title sequence when Jack Klugman and John Stamos stared each other down against the light blue background.

    NOW THIS IS THEE ODD COUPLE! Post Quincy M.E. Jack Klugman and Pre Full House John Stamos! Oh and I researched and John Stamos is the same age as Adam Klugman, Jack's second son!!

    If this show didn't get cancelled, uncle Jesse would've have been entirely different person, also it looks like they recycled that house and used it for Full House

    When will this come out in DVD????

      Probably never. Some retro shows never make it to DVD unfortunately. I hope I'm wrong though as I really liked this show back when it was on the air in 1986.

    Nothing like the wonderful "overacting" of John Stamous.

    Not as funny as the British version which was called Home To Roost

  • @markxxx21
    @markxxx21 Год назад

    This was based on the British sitcom "Home To Roost." The major difference is the father and son here got along much better than in the Britcom, which made the Britcom much, much better. Conflict = funny. Check out "Home To Roost."

      American audiences are different. They don't like non-stop conflict and ultimately want the happy ending. Especially with sitcoms about families.
