    Great vid. I'll share this with some of our friends. Sure they will appreciate having a choice which didn't exist before. Good presentation on how to edit what you have. And yes, you do have a good cinematic approach to your vids. Some of the better ones especially on a bike. Your efforts are much appreciated. Stay safe and go riding.

    Absolutely fascinating Matt shows us the madding crowd how much work you put into the films we love to watch
    Personally I wouldn't have a clue but I'm sure thus video will help many
    The big thing point you obviously fail to mention is that you can have all this equipment all the tech no how however a film maker has to have an eye for detail an eye for a quality shot
    That Matt is what you obviously have and what makes you a professional

      Well, thanks for the compliment Ian. It looks a little complicated at first, but once you get into it's actually fairly simple as I'm only using the editing software at a basic level. Some of the more advanced stuff is way beyond me 😁

    Great video, thanks. Ive just got the PanoX. The only downside ive found is the time to stitch on the camera. other than that image quality is excellent which is what counts!

      I agree it's a great camera, shame about the stitch time though. They did tell me they were working on a desktop app for stitching, so hopefully it'll be along soon 🤞🏻

    Hi Matt, thanks a lot for the information about the KartaVR plugin. I film with the Insta360 ONE X3. This could be helpfull for me.

    very interesting video - for me, because i always wondered how to handle 360° footage in an editing program. thank you for this useful content. greetings from an also happy imac-user in vienna... :D :D
    sometimes i tried to edit some videofiles taken by an action cam on my honda cb sevenfifty, but i decided to better watch videos by editors who are more ambitous by doing their work. :D :D :D
    i definitely enjoy riding more than filming. :D :D :D - so thank you for your ambitious work. i really appreciate that. :)

      Thanks Onkel, glad you found it interesting. I find editing quite fun, it was a little hard at first but once I understood the basics of DaVinci Resolve it started to become a fun thing to do. 🙂

    Hi, is the gate always open so you can ride up to the top of the reservoir? Also do you use your T120 throughout the winter and if so how’s it holding up, thanks for the great vids, cheers

      It's only open Monday to Friday, closed at weekends and I think it's shut to traffic over the summer holidays too (though don't quote me on that). I've ridden the bike over the last three winters now and it's just fine. Obviously there are some small spots of rust (mainly the front spokes), but the bike's 6 years old now so it's to be expected.

    Matt, I really like the quality of your work. Are you still happy with this equipment? My wife wants to get something for our upcoming trip and I wouldn’t mind to save some on the insta360.

      I think with Insta just about to release the X4, the prices for their X3 or even X2 cameras should drop quite a lot, so my money might go there. Though the PanoXV2 is still a good camera if you can get it cheaper.

    hi, why don't you use a windshield on your triumph?

    • @ClassicRides
      @ClassicRides 5 месяцев назад +1

      I don't need one, the wind coming off the front of the bike is fine 🙂

    • @Accurize2
      @Accurize2 5 месяцев назад +1

      Because it’s a motorcycle not a two wheeled car. The wind in the chest/face is part of the riding experience. I’ve had a r9t then went to a full windshield / fairing R1200RT and went back to a T120 because I missed having the purely connected feeling to the ride and for many of us wind in the chest/face is a big part of that experience.

    Sorry mate but that image quality is not fantastic! To me it's close to my first camer I got in 2015: SJCAM 4000+ and I only have a 24inch monitor.
    Maybe the bitrate is too low, or the sensors are not what it needs to be...
