I think I am one of the few that find Paul more annoying as a person. He's probably the most wishy washy person without an opinion of his own of the crew. He could state an opinion. And if someone he likes or admires more says a different opinion, he'll switch right over. Melissa described Paul as relatable to everyone during the live podcast. However, it's easy to be related when you are constantly changing your opinion to satisfy everyone. I don't think he's a bad person or anything, just not as endearing as others find him. But it's like he switches gears when it comes to judging and critiquing physiques
When Mike talks about training I really like the verbiage and cues he uses. Like when the was talking a few episodes ago about doing skull crushers “ throwing hand” . Makes so much sense
Last weekend I trained next to Reagan at torture. I always hear so much about him online, how he hasn’t made enough improvements… here’s what I’ll say- the man is a fuckin HOUSE. We both happened to be training chest and to see him up that close training was cool. Dude worked damn hard and I trust if Milos is working with him and putting in time with him he’s definitely serious
Really appreciate the training talk. I know you’ve touched on these topics before but it’s really valuable to hear. Especially for new listeners like myself.
I’m Swedish, Zyn is a Swedish product from the company Swedish Match, you’re not supposed to spit. You put one pouch under your upper lip and go on about your day, keep it in for around an hour. The pouches are inspired by a Swedish product called “Snus” (the u is pronounced like the word “eugh” as in showing disgust) which is a dark tobacco pouch. Snus is also sold in loose form where the consumer pinches a desired amount of it between his index finger and thumb and presses it into a round shape and then placing it under the upper lip. That shit is runnier than the nose of Tony Montana, so many Snus users have yellowed teeth and tongues. Snus is actually illegal to sell in most countries, in Sweden it’s more common than smoking cigarettes. This comment is not sponsored by Swedish Match or the Swedish center for commerce 😂
@@Malcolmcampbell1997 ”Swedish Match AB is a Swedish multinational tobacco company headquartered in Stockholm. The company manufactures snus, nicotine pouches, moist snuff, tobacco- and nicotine-free pouch products, chewing tobacco, chew bags, tobacco bits, cigars, matches, and lighters, with operations in Sweden, Denmark, the United States, the Dominican Republic, Brazil, the Netherlands, and the Philippines. The company's origins can be traced back to 1868, and Ivar Kreuger. Swedish Match has played an important part in Sweden's industrial development.” Source: Wikipedia
Hearing big Mike talk about his thoughts on training was amazing. I wanted to hear more !!!!! Great podcast as usual especially when I'm at work . Fuck work , when the boys are on . Have a great night 🙏
The part about being glycogen depleted allowing you to do endless sets actually made a ton of sense as to why it used to take me so long to get a pump! I was on a low carb diet and could do so many freaking sets because there was nothing to pump me up really 😂.
I’m with Iain on this one: I’m calling Blessing’s bluff. He’s coaching himself after a disastrous outing at the O, and I don’t think he’s gonna figure this out on his first try, especially only having a few pro shows under his belt, and even fewer where he was actually peaked properly. That being said, I wouldn’t count him out completely. Maybe I’ll get proven wrong and he shows up at his best, who knows? For now, though, here’s the order as I see it: 1. Justin 2. Stan 3. Patrick 4. Jon 5. Blessing 6. Longoria
I took Paul’s advice and started warming up my computer but one day I warmed it up so well that it turned it’s self off and now it won’t warm back up anymore
I can't believe Mike and Pauls picks for Chicago. Iain is pretty spot on. My hope/thoughts are 1. Justin, 2. Blessing, 3. John, 4. Stan, 5. Patrick. Stan just doesn't have the size and his shape is good, but not special. Patrick has disappointed with progress for 3 years and is just unimpressive.
Don’t underestimate the width of the bodybuilders. The underdog is a wide boy! I love Justin if he wins I wouldn’t be mad. Blessing is a Good bodybuilder all around too. Him being quiet I think it’s a good thing

Blessing, Patrick, and Justin are all so aesthetic, I wonder if Jon might stick out a bit. Could be negative or positive but I feel like he brings a much different physique than the forementioned guys.
With the “which show is best at the beginning of your career” debate, wouldn’t it be completely individualistic on the person competing?
