I believe if she would have found a Canadian or South Florida based label she would have been much better off... It still would have been very hard for her because of the way the American music scene is more or less split by race,(there are a few exceptions... but very few)she would have had a better chance.
@JJNani i don't think that is a fake tan since she is a quarter Cherokee, a quarter Chinese, a quarter Black & a quarter White, so she is turned out like this, but the hair is kinda bleached IMO. She's based in Jamaica though.
