The theoretical questions and A/R of physics will come from NCERT. Hence it needs to be read. The Numericals in NCERT especially the additional exercises are very tough - Much Beyond NEET Level- would rather advise to practise more PYQs/DC Pandey etc but solve them once at least and know how to solve since NTA has proven that they can ask any NCERT question.
