The NHS is broken. Unless you can afford private treatment your choice is get your teeth removed. That’s it. Don’t bother getting fillings as you can’t get new ones when they come out (all fillings will eventually come out). If you can’t work due to disability or illness there is no dental service in the UK
I'm getting this done next year. Only thing I'm unsure about is the maintenance and cleaning of the prosthesis when I'm back in the UK? I think the bridge needs taking out and cleaning once a year. Will I have to go back to Turkey once a year or can I get the implants cleaned in the UK 🤔

In Ireland it was 5000 to get my teeth sorted, went to turkey 1100euro over 10 years on still perfect
