i hate to say this because i don't know him or the nature/extent of your friendship, but dapang is NOT being a good friend here. this is enabling behavior that only can lead you to relapse/regression and weight gain. the type of food matters, yes, but portion size is critical too. this type of outing should be a once-per-year thing, if that. that being said/written, excellent work and restraint in cutting yourself off. i wish you the best of luck in maintaining your weight loss.

It's his friend that is a bad influence on fat monkey. When your friends cause you to go back to bad habits you need to cut them off. He's losing a lot of weight which is good but he needs to come from around his old friends that love to see him eat a lot and gain weight!
