For such a small and lesser known gacha game, the quality on the skin, the voice acting (all languages), the animations (including the intro animation), the scene alongside its ambiance, the different positions, and movable camera is all so stupidly high quality. And the fact it's available to f2p players if they saved properly (spent 20k stars to pull her, the scene and her outfit) is 🤯. I had no spoilers of the new lobby or the story that went with it, and I've been absolutely blown away by the quality and effort put into it. The devs sure did a damn fine job, and now I can't wait to see what other characters get this amazing level of detail/love.

Lesser known maybe but it's not a small game, it's made by those that made Azur Lane, and published by those that did Arknights and some other popular games but, yeah, it is crazy HQ

I'm not into Gengchen but the background theme is so good to be missed so I just pulled for that background.
What amazes me is we can pull 'em without paid currency, we can just use the free one. Not many gacha games do this.
I like her original look better, but I REALLY want the background so if I am lucky in my pulls for Lu Liang, I am going to go for that background.

I've seen a few pro players on CN use that build but I also think I saw one that said it was better to wait a few more versions to change them, anyway I think I'll change to that set too
For me this is definitely a f2p game... in 6 months of playing I have not only my favorite modifier Asura, but I managed to get Oceanus, Hera, Gangchen, Athena, Osiris... In addition, Athena is the only one who is not fully upgraded, everthing u can get if you spend smart!
The game without any add-s .... I just hope that Aether Gazer will remain the game like it is now and I will definitely play it for a very long time... GL HF
PGR set the bar with skins by having fancy vfx replacements. Sure maybe a portrait, okay. But here we have a whole interactive lobby and entrance animation on top of the vfx and victory pose. If they keep doing this going forward it’s gonna be real hard to not buy skins. It’s a small thing but I feel like lobby is a huge element these games can take advantage of because we’re in the lobby every day when we play our games and having interesting little things in the lobby can totally change the experience.
It almost reminds me of Nikke. Like aside from making the character powerful, getting multiple copies to max limit break them and unlock their lobby is almost a must if their burst animation looks good. The gacha skins in Nikke also provide lobby screens for the skin specific burst anims they get.

Me I have her at 7 6 8 with the sigils and use Lord of Heavens, I just slap 4 Burning Wills on it for Rage cost management.
im pulling this skin and it's lobby without even thinking, and i regret nothing!
use skill 2 first, then use skill 1, and cancel skill 1 animation with dodge for faster attack, lastly skill 3 and repeat, that will give u easy control and more satisfying feeling.
Try anger management for 5/6 so you can start with skills directly. Then if you really want solo i think ult level will be better for 5/6.
i tried to get the skin but didn't get it. I got the background and most other rewards, so just need to save up for a week or 2 and then I will be able to get the skin. Also for spender, with the discount it is so much more worth it and you could possibly even make a profit from the skin summoning.
for, free-to-play players you can get crystals from grinding the game, and it costs 16k shifter starsfor both the scene and outfit(I may be wrong with the shifter starscount since I had a lot saved up lol), I'm a free-to-play user, and I got 45k+ plus crystals from saving shifter stars and grinding hard modes, dimensional variables, and other modes of the game so yh it possible to get both the skin and scene for free
No around 12-13k shifted stars..

i tried 2 times 10 roll this, gave me only those enchant sigils like, so i have to stop since i only have around 7k gems left from getting Genchen and her functor lols :'D (this is from 17k or 23k gems i started before i roll gengchen and functor)
time to wait for Yingzhao i guess.

I put her the new sigils, and look for stats that reduce de consume of rage and increase the amount of rage for hit....I'll put her spartan if I make her omega some day😂😂😂

Really not worth it. It’s very good, but it needing to use the crystals and the like that’s for functors and modifiers it’s not worth it. They should really have made it so you can do pulls with event currency, just be more currency needed.
I dont think you can switch back to the Ruler of the Heaven sigil using the Forge Cody, cuz its a limited sigil.

I got the ruler of heavens sigil after a hard fought struggle. Now with mermaids tears, she's perfect. Along with shield Verthandi and Poseidon even if there's no ult combo, they're deadly....for now. Anyone got suggestions on the perfect combo for Gengchen?
