She was diagnosed from her routine mammogram and had she put it off, she probably wouldn't be with us long, as it is a very aggressive type of breast cancer. I shaved my head with her, which put me on my wig journey. Her hair is now longer than mine! Y'all are so brave. I know you don't have a choice but to be, but I am in awe of my fellow women who endure the fear, the treatment and the recovery.

Absolutely love the chats on the porch, feels so personable and inviting. Love all the styles you showed but the Gabor rusty auburn was my favorite I think. Although it is hard to choose with so many beautiful styles. I do like reds alot, my grandmother was a red head and kept her hair colored auburn till she passed at 89 y/o. I used to love her hair and wish my hair was red. Have a great day, sending hugs your way. Thank you for all that you do to bring us such joy in watching and getting to experience this wig journey. 😊

I too had breast cancer. My hair has looked the best it ever did since I started wearing wigs. Its been five years now and I Love the look and flexibility wigs have given me. I would not consider giving up my wigs.
I am so glad that you are doing well in your health. I wish you were my neighbor because you are just the type of gal that would be a great person to have to talk with just in general. You have the best personality to be a spokesman for wigs. I want them all thanks to you! I've learned so much from watching you and I am still trying to decide what wig to get! I walked into the wig shop and walked out with Portrait Mode in the perfect color Shaded Biscuit. It seems like a LOT but I love it! I haven’t taken it off. I wish I could send you a pic. Just ordered Portrait Mode on Friday. I decided to go Portrait Mode vs Untold Story because of the price. If I love it, Untold Story will be in my sights. I think Portrait Mode is a more casual look than Untold Story/Upstage. Getting it in Shaded Iced Pumpkin Spice. Upstage was one I had in 2011.

At the end of the day, after you've sprayed your wig with Detangler do you put it in the box wet or let it dry then put it in the box til next time you wear it?
