I had to withdraw my child HISD school because of the horrible teachers, and nurses, the constant chaos, mentally unstable children, and the prolonged masking. That school district is a hot mess! They are pushing out all of the normal teachers who have good hearts. Which leaves them with lazy manipulative clicky unqualified teachers.
@@johnp4471 It seems like HISD is just playing to get government funding. During Covid, they hired a compliance officer for every school in the district. They really didn’t care about my child, or her education they were always looking to send her home from school but only after 10 or 11 o’clock whenever they got their funding from the government. I never knew what she was learning and all I heard in the car ride home was classroom drama. My daughter is a really good kid and really smart kid, and she was being left behind.
It’s a terrible school district and they’re fighting to keep it that way.

I bet that the layoffs had nothing to do with performance and only what those individuals receive in a paycheck!
If students are not doing well, it is OK to let someone else try to help
