I don't avoid coffee
I always compare myself to other
I never have been in a birthday and about festival I always miss it
I never drink milk I just don't like it-
About sleep I can't sleep at night cuz of overthinking I sleep at midnight like 3 am and wake up 6-7 am in morning in school days :<
I am super shy -
How can I make myself happy.
I'm myself...
I do wear clean shoes but it gets dirty cuz where I live rains and in school when I go out for a little break there is sand in ground and my shoes are all ruined
I wear jewelry
I never follow trend clothing I'm Muslim and I need to wear full clothes even in summmmmerrr 😅
I don't like spending time with nature I like spending time with myself lonely but I can't -
I am mostly Soo opposite I can't all the things
And read book to stop overthinking
I read books in school I dotn have in home and I live in a different country there are no English books we have to buy English books from online or far aways stores and they're expensive

I wish I knew about avoiding coffee😔 because it fatenns you very early..So please avoid drinking to much coffee
No ,add water in coffee instead of milk and don't add sugar, it will help boast metabolism which not get you fat but make to not drink during night or too much
