- well hi! it has now been well over a year since i finished this project but for the amount of time i took to make this dress, i wanted to put in the respective time to put together this video (that and that the past year has been crazy so i never found time to edit until now). hope you enjoy! if you're thinking of sewing your own prom dress, DO IT! and i hope this video helps if you do choose to.

your vibe!>>> you have the face of a friend. or like that phenomenon of the man that appears in everyone's dreams. that everyone has seen before.
@@fairyfarms oh my, i love that so much 🥹
WOW! I am so impressed! The bodice in particular is phenomenal! I just got my diploma in Fashion Design and the variety of techniques you demonstrated and the skill is beyond what some of my classmates had coming out of the program. Well done!
STAWP! I'm actually so flattered that you think so! 🙈
That is beautiful! Great job!
you are an amazing young lady. congratulations! your abilities and creativities are amazing!
Awww thank you! Means a lot to hear!
OMG, you were making a prom dress like to wear to your own prom? I am so impressed. I thought you were like 25. Big props, girlfriend. That is so incredible.
so fun!! the renaissance pattern was such a beautiful addition, and the different types of sleeves? Genius!

I haven't even finished the video - I'm about 5 minutes in and I just had to stop to subscribe and leave this comment. I'm enjoying watching this a lot, thank you for sharing it with us!
@@Hellojenii eeeeeeek thanks for the support!
This dress is so incredible and you showed so much technical skill with it too! I really love how you used a tulle overlay on the bodice, it really ensured all the colors were cohesive. Also consider making a tailoring ham to make ironing curves easier in the future, they’re a quick make and great use of scraps
@@OhAlice1951 awww thanks so much! oh yes I’ve been meaning to get/make one for a long time now 😅 one day I’ll get around to it!
You did such a great job on this. You must have been pretty inexperienced to not know that those parts you cut out for the skirt are called panels. I don’t know your skill level, but this is very nice. That bodice fits you perfectly. You mentioned having uploaded videos before, and that you had not for a while. This is the first time the algorithm has sent you my way. You seem to only have a few subscribers, so I think I’ll subscribe and see what you get up to.
Absolutely gorg!
thanks!!!
