@@tsarbomba01 Super Hans is like a sniper in and out sharp on point. Jeremy is a consistant and enduringly pathetic looser, and he should be commended for it.
It must be such hard work for Robert to be Jeremy. Well, it would be, if Jeremy wasn't such a lazy narcissist, who can't be bothered to give his character some depth. Mark probably comes easy to David, because all he has to pretend is that he's not happy, a failure, and poor. Apart from that, David Mitchell can easily be himself as Mark. I can't imagine Robert Webb being that useless in real life. Not even if he tried. Which he obviously wouldn't.
@@rorz999 I don't think he was anywhere near as unhappy as Mark, though. He had to wait for the love of his life for a bit, but apart from that, fame, succes, money, recognition. He probably does have a lot of unhappy schooltime memories to draw from. I have no doubt school bullies would have picked on little David a lot, him being so smart and not very big.
Jeremy doing a reverse 12 Angry Men will forever be one of the most iconic scenes of any series ever
Such a brilliantly played character when you actually think of it
He’s no Super Hans…

Jeremy's success is from following the saying, "Act like you belong."
Where does Jez belong?

The jury clip plays like a Mitchell and Webb skit
Speedo!
Haha yeah it does actually!!
@@QuadMochaMatti exactly!
Oh yes, I was thinking there was a bit of Digby Chicken Caesar in it but could be Speedo, yeah!
True, which explains why it's one of the least funny scenes completely
him eating mummy is a top 3 scene in the whole series, arguably no.1
Don't want to seem overqualified.
What's a novel? 🤣
Jeremisim.
I'm a Jeremist
nice
And a sexer 😁
i always love how they get locked away in the stock room for shoplifting..... with all their stock fully on display and easily accessible
Yeah just no doors to take it out? Anyway, he absolutely can’t lock them in there
None of Jez's inspirations bring him success. He floats through life.
Don't really think you have room to talk about "floating through life"
It’s not his fault there’s no jobs in trainers or media. That’s the reality.
There’s only so many times you can upload the same clips! Just start uploading full episodes. We won’t tell anyone!!!

Jez is a musician. He answers to a higher law. It's the musicians' law.
Yep. That's what the character said alright.
@@PHILD0it still baffles me why he leaves comments like this. Not even his own observations... just literal quotes

David Mitchell never struck me as being a happy person before he met his wife, so he probably didn't need to pretend to be miserable either

Read 'How to be a Boy'. Webb is open about his struggles and flaws.
