At 13:42. Actually เนื้อหา makes sense in English language terms. We often say: "what is the "meat" of the subject"- meaning what is the most important point about the content. So "meat"-"เนื้อ" works. Also, there's a American saying from an old restaurant tv commercial asking "Where is the beef?" meaning "What is the most important part-do you have it?" So "หา" - means "looking for/searching" also fits. For at least American English speakers, "content", in Thai language should be pretty easy to remember. Thanks for another good lesson Crew New.
Oh that's a helpful way to remember! Thanks David. Although as someone who didn't grow up with and didn't see the "where's the beef?" commercials, I always found it a little confusing because of the slang meaning of "to have beef" -- a complaint or disagreement. Now that I'm thinking about it, maybe that's part of the point, that Wendy's had beef literally and figuratively 🤔 But anyways I think "meat" would always be clear
@@animinnick Historical note: Back in 1980 Wendy's "Where's the beef?" really came to American national prominence when used by Walter Mondale during a presidential debate with Ronald Reagan.
I might just say ขนมนี้ ถูกต้องนะคะ 😊 ขนมก้อนนี้ just mention only this bar of snack If you want to include classifier it could be ขนมชนิดนี้ ชนิด kind, type 😊
In bangkok ,there is a dim sum shop called ตวง (tuang dim sum). I have checked the meaning in dict but it does not make sense. Would u pls tell me what does ตวง mean?
ตวง can mean to measure. I didn't realise about other meanings 😊 However, in the case of the dim sum place. Without any knowledge, just guessing, I would assume to be a person name
Hello, useful lesson. Here is my solved task : ขนมอบขนมนี้คล้ายกับของที่ผมชอบกิน I would mind to know whether the noun and the classifier in this sentence are right. Thanks.
@@thailessonsbynew I don't know why I omitted to write ของที่ in my sentence . Is that good in this case instead of ขนมที่ ?.... I mean, ขนมนี้คล้ายกับของที่ผมชอบกิน is that right ?
You are right, bùk-ká-lík lák-sà-nà Meaning personality in terms of character and uniqueness of a person, which can be physical appearance 😊 But ní-săi is more of an inside personality, your habit
Your lessons are very useful. The explanation is clear and easy to understand. Thanks so much.
Thank you 😊

Yes, I also thought this word made sense. We also use the phrase "meat and potatoes" to mean the basic, simple, and essential point of something.
That's interesting 😊. Thank you for sharing. I learned something new.

Can mean to measure, but can also mean “value” or imply “good value”. So in this case it looks like it’s saying, “good value dim sum”.

@@jurisveratti4494 That's also correct but when you say ของ it means things (not necessary to be ขนม )
