Ingredients for Mixture :
• Boil Chicken 200-250 gms (1 cup)
• Carrot chopped - 1 tbsp
• Capsicum chopped - 1 tbsp
• Cabbage chopped - 1 tbsp
• Green chilies chopped - 1 tsp
• Salt - 1 tsp
• Black pepper - ½ tsp
• Red chilli flakes - ½ tsp
• Soya sauce - 1 tsp
• Hot sauce (chilli sauce) - ½ tsp
• Mayonnaise 7-8 tbsp
Ingredients for coating & frying :
• Bread slices 4-6
• Eggs - 2
• Salt - ½ tsp
• Black pepper - ¼ tsp
• Milk - 3 tbsp
• Bread crumbs - as required
• Oil for frying - as required
