Diriyah key part of wider plans for change in Saudi Arabia: Jonathan Timms, Diriyah DevCo

Riyadh and Saudi Arabia are going through incredible change, according to Jonathan Timms, President, Diriyah Development Company.
Much has already changed since the announcement of the country’s Vision 2030 plan a few years ago, Timms said.
Plans were also recently announced to invest over US$1 trillion to remake Riyadh, Timms said. “Saudi is a G20 country. Riyadh probably isn’t a G20 city quite yet. That’s part of that change and Diriyah is one component of that broader vision for Riyadh and for the nation,” he added.
