in my opinion the best one is chambor color studio eyeliner pencil in dark brown, the one that twists up and doesn't require sharpening. It has gold shimmer in it and is kind of metallic, but it may not be dark enough for deep and dark or pigmented eye skin tones. The formula is also good. It is more expensive though around 699 iirc but Ive never found a good pencil eyeliner other than this one and swiss beauty holographic eyeliner
