    Received the scanner, and it was well-packaged. Will have a play when the weather warms up, as it a tad on the cold side with plenty of snow, sleet, ice and wind. Just hope I will get the same results No Code. LOL.

    Thank you for the competition I was 120.000 out so quite close. I be interested to see a video on what is the right price to pay for average repairs as a rough guide. There so much talk of garages rip people off. So be interested to get a approx price list for labour etc. Probably impossible to do this . All the best . Fantastic channel. Thank you. Tony

      Garages don't rip people off. Problem is, people want everything for nothing. What people don't realise is garages have huge overheads, wages, site rent, utility bills, thousands of pounds worth of daig equipment, tools, lifts etc. The list goes on. The bigger the site and the more staff, the higher the labour rates. All this constant talk of garages being a rip off really boils my piss. Being a technician is probably the most under appreciated, thankless job in the world.

      @@pistonbroke this is very true I know my father in-law spend thousands on tools over the years. The internet unfortunately has open the unaware public to the cost of parts and when most people see a part at 65 quid then to fit it a few hundred more that starts they take the piss rant but has you rightly say all the extra costs are forgotten. We appreciate You that's why we subscribe. Thank you

      Yeah you did, and I've heard of clutches being smoked at around that mileage. Picked up from dealer and recovered back in an hour later!

    125 miles jeeesh I got 160k from a clutch in my previous car and sold it still working fine. Beggars belief how you burn out a clutch in 125 miles.

    Good evening I own a Mazda 3 2006. 205.000 miles. What part of the car is this advisory suggest needs attention. If any of you can help . Thank you. Rear Vehicle structure is corroded but structural rigidity

      It means there is surface rust but it's not bad enough to affect the vehicles strength.

      @Pastalive2025 Год назад

      @@pistonbroke thank you for your reply. I bought some liquid it suppose to strengthen the rust. Or is fibreglass filler the best way forward if that pass Mot.

    • @pistonbroke
      @pistonbroke  Год назад

      Don't use filler or fibreglass. Wire brush in a drill will get the worst off then neutralise the rust with jenolite or kurust, brush it on and leave it till it goes black, you can then underseal it after about an hour.

      @@pistonbroke ok thank you . The worse of it seem seal so I use what you suggest on it. I upload pics here. ruclips.net/video/B8Xv5KJ6G8o/видео.html

      Cheers! You've got too much time on your hands! That rust looks pretty bad in some places and there will be no curing it as it's eaten into the metal too much. Sand blasting might be your only option but I think it will leave holes. With rust like that, especially the bit on the sill, cutting it out and welding new metal in will be the only long term fix.
