Fun fact the only way to restore a Zanpakuto that has broken is either to become a transcendental being like Aizen where you fuse with your sword or have it "reforged". Only reason Ichigo could have his Zanpakuto back is because he didn't reach it's final form until after it was broken.
Only bankai can’t be restored
And no regardless of state Oetsu can reforge it
