Dude I 100% agree with the filming yourself and I've been telling people for the last year since I've realized how much of an advantage it is to riding and progressing 20 years ago to be able to stop and scrub through your own movements and see what you did right and wrong and to be able to do the same thing to somebody who you know their movements are always right it's just amazing it's like The matrix it's like uploading critical information into your brain in a short period of time the only thing you have to do is become physically fit enough to perform
If you are like me and actually hate phones or being filmed. You are screwed lol. Best tip is ride with better riders watch them and ask lots of questions.
