    Is it possible to start with a magic ring or does it not work great with this pattern? Just asking. The mouse is really cute! ❤

    • @SweetSofties
      @SweetSofties  Месяц назад

      Yes you can use a magic ring but it's just harder to pull tightly with this type of yarn (velvet). It's easier to do if you have regular cotton yarn, acrylic, etc.

    Hi friend.. Could you help me to get the pattern If I want to make a big size mouse.. Thank you so much

    • @SweetSofties
      @SweetSofties  3 месяца назад

      Hi! The written pattern is here: payhip.com/b/S1q2O
      The big mouse is made with hte same pattern instructions as the smaller ones; the only difference is thicker yarn adn a larger hook! :)

  • @tori6334
    @tori6334 8 месяцев назад

    What safety eyes did you use for the one with fluffy yarn?

    • @tori6334
      @tori6334 8 месяцев назад

      10mm or 12mm

    • @SweetSofties
      @SweetSofties  8 месяцев назад

      I think I used 8mm eyes for the big one with plush yarn, but you can use any size eyes you want!

    I’m not sure if I missed it but what yarn /hook size did you use In The pattern?

    • @SweetSofties
      @SweetSofties  10 месяцев назад

      I used a 2.75mm hook and medium weight 4 yarn! :)

  • @wharders1665
    @wharders1665 9 месяцев назад

    Sweet mouse! But I am a little worried are the ears and legs fastens secure by just pulling the yarn ends in? I am worried the come off once pulled on???

    • @SweetSofties
      @SweetSofties  9 месяцев назад +1

      They've been secure for me but I also haven't put them through rough play. If you'd like, you can knot the ends inside of your amigurumi to make it more secure!

    Hello, can you make a tutorial for flamingos, thanks

  • @katherineharrison1142
    @katherineharrison1142 8 месяцев назад

    Forgive me if this is a stupid question but there doesn't seem to be anything anchoring the one side of the ear to the body. If the ear is pulled on is it possible to pull it out.

    • @SweetSofties
      @SweetSofties  8 месяцев назад +1

      The ear is a circular shape and one point of the circle is attached to the head. If your ends are loose, the ear may be pulled out so I suggest weaving in yoru ends well / tying them inside securely! :)

  • @katherineharrison1142
    @katherineharrison1142 7 месяцев назад

    I'm trying to do this. I have unraveled it and redone it so may times. Everything I end up 3 holes in the middle of my oval. What am I doing wrong. I'm following you as well as I can.

    • @SweetSofties
      @SweetSofties  7 месяцев назад

      If you're having holes at the start of your oval, I would recommend using a smaller hook size to begin so that it won't end up with large gaps!

    • @SweetSofties
      @SweetSofties  7 месяцев назад

      You can switch back to the larger (regular) hook for the project after the start of the oval is done

    • @yellowello-1
      @yellowello-1 2 месяца назад

      Mine had holes too but once the mouse is done they aren’t visible anymore

  • @michelleolesen4217
    @michelleolesen4217 Год назад +1

    I’m kind of experienced at crocheting, but the beginning makes no sense for me. Do you use your own sort of shorts for words etc? I don’t get the start at all

    • @SweetSofties

    Nice tutorial! Keep in Ming tho that the thicker the yarn the less visible the details are. So my mouse turned into a chicken nugget
