There are many such examples like it. My gran unfortunately passed away from it and it's clear he's on his way with it. He may not have it bad, but there's absolutely something going on.

Same with the covid vaccine one, he sounds like hes waffling, then you watch the entire speech and its just a 10 second gaffe in the middle of what is mostly a normal speech.
