Dear check. Normally, the Standardized loading is used for calculating AVE. The standardized loading are less than 1 in the range. Possibly you are checking unstandardized factor loading which can be above 1.

Sir, in case i don't want to delete any factors.. but factors are not loading on the required components.. then what should be done?
Sir scoring of the all the the item will be same or it will be according positive and negative item
