I like how it takes two seconds to wire all of that. Look at the old postwar lionel accessories it's a much more longer process and later in my life time it will be just all bluetooth wireless accessories.

Do you think that it might be possible to review more starter sets as they are affordable to more people and it might help someone find their first locomotive

Hey Eric. 9 years ago I bought the alumilite foam and plastic mixes that you used to make tunnels and mountains. I asked you then how long you thought the mixes would last and you didn't know. Well I just pulled them out a week ago and tried working with them. The 610 foam worked flawlessly; expanded and was rigid. The plastic did not work. The Yellow B mix of the white plastic had crystalized in the tube and was unusable. So there is an answer to a question I asked you 9 years ago. Lol. Thanks for keeping this hobby fun and all the vids! You are an inspiration.

Thanks for showing this. Being an average working stiff, I am so upset that I am into trains. Lionel ANYTHING is so freaking expensive. I swear I had some kind of toy playset back in the 80's that did the same things as this haunted house and it was $20. Adjusting for inflation that still would only be about $75 today. I can't afford a $250 building. Lionel's main customers are dying off and when that happens Lionel will find themselves with a new generation of customers that aren't living off fat pensions.

I wish Lionel would just add sensor accessories for other track systems. Like something you could just attach to the rails (or under the ties) of any track system

I have the older version of this. They are essentially the same except for the power implementation and controller. The one I have has a pair of power binding posts and a pair of sound binding posts.

Great review thanks for sharing. I definitely would find a different way to wire it up on a layout. Have a great week Eric.
