      Nothing as of yet, glycopyrrolate gives me unbearable side effects. I just started using Antihydral yesterday so we'll see how that works in a few days!

      Yes! I have been updating mostly on my instagram @JenSweaty, but I will be making a new video very soon! The machine actually seems to be working a bit on the soles of my feet. I have been using it for a few weeks, and on a low level. I still sweat quite often but it seems less. I am continuing to work on my tolerance for the sensation of the machine and I hope to keep noticing less sweating. It is really easy to use and clean up, it feels very safe and doesn't hurt at all.
      I hope this helped a little bit!

    Hell good day jen can you tell me if the dermadry machine works for as the top of your heel and the side of your feet and the top of your toes that doesn't get submerged in the water, because around my heel the side of my feet and the top of my toes sweats and far as I seen on videos about the dermadry machine those parts of your feet doesn't get submerged in the water can you please let me know

      Hey! The arches and sides of my feet do continue to sweat, right now. But the entire rest of my foot is completely dry!!! 👍👍👍 I am working on adding more water to submerge more of my foot, however, I have to get used to the sensation again on these parts of my feet so I will continue try and experiment with things for getting the entire foot dry!

    So basically for this to work you have to direct the electrical current where the problem is. The electrical current goes through the least resistance path. So to make this work you’ll have to put vazeline between your fingers and where you have cuts in the skin. If you feel one spot is painful then apply vazeline there. Also, in the beginning start doing it every day. For me it took about a month to start working

    • @SweatyJen
      @SweatyJen  4 года назад

      Thank you for your tips! I need to buy Vaseline next time I go to the store. Now that it is working, how often do you have to do treatments? Also, how long did you have to do treatments for each day at first?

    • @piyiotisc
      @piyiotisc 4 года назад +1

      Sweaty Jen I did 15 minutes each day. To determine how much time it lasts you can try this. After you start to not sweat you can do every other day for a week. Then if you still don’t sweat you can skip 2 days and do the 3rd day again for a week. If you don’t sweat skip 3 days and do at 4th etc etc. Until you start sweating. Then fallback to the one pattern that works for you. I did every 4 or 5 days. It works really well but i decided to stop and limit the caffeine I am taking. I am from Cyprus and in the summer is unbearable but now I am living in the UK and because the temperature is lower I don’t need it. Check the r/hyperhydrosis on reddit as well

      @piyiotisc 4 года назад +1

      Sweaty Jen Also the amount of water that you put plays significant role. Basically you want as much water to just cover the area that you sweat but no more.
      This device almost works for everyone so don’t get disappointed if it doesn’t work for you. Is probably a configuration your doing wrong e.g the amount of water, how the electrical current flows, time etc. Let me know if you have any questions. For me I found that if I don’t drink caffeine and drink 2-3 liters of water I am kinda ok

    I'm excited to see your thoughts on it after trying it out. I have a different one from a brand called RA Fischer. I got it years ago but I still use it today. From what I remember at the beginning it took a couple weeks or so to start seeing results. I just use it for the hands even though I sweat in other places too. I find that if you can get the hand sweating under control it actually helps minimize the sweat everywhere else. It could be related to the mental aspect and not having to stress as much when your hands are not sweating much.
    For usage, I think there is a lot of trial and error as everyone can have different results depending on how much they use it. I do it on an as needed basis, like if I am going through a time where I am sweating a lot I might use it every day but if I am not sweating much, I might go many days without even using it. I usually do treatments of about 15 minutes per session. Let me know if you have any questions about it.

      @Marjorie Ashman hi!!! So far, there has been no noticeable change in sweating for me. It can take 2 or more weeks until the results become apparent! I have been only treating my feet, so far, but they sweat just as horribly as my hands. I will post a video very soon updating about my experience, and you can check my instagram @JenSweaty where I will update every treatment (if I am able)! I am very happy to hear you are researching treatments at your age, that is very inspiring! Please keep your hope, and things will get better. Thank you so much for watching 🤍

      My soles of my feet stopped sweating but my toes still do. I think it's normal! My instruction guide says it could take 6 weeks until big results are seen so stay patient!! So happy to hear it has helped reduce your sweating already, that is incredible news and I'm so happy for you!

      Sweaty Jen also my pints of the feet have stopped while the lateral part has not (because it is difficult to reach). I sent an email to dermadry and they told me to try to put more water but in those areas even if they fill the tray up to the brim the water arrives, so I don't know if I have to put my feet in a position to touch the sides of the foot

    Dear Jen, i think iontophoresis truly works. I have severe sweaty feet and the odor really embarrassed me. I use the machine(not the same as yours) twice every week,and I wipe the carpe lotion and the Japanese softstone(a brand of deodorant) everyday, and the symptom has decreased. The only concern is that I don't know if the machine can do harm to our heart due to the electricity. I expect for your experience. And thanks for your videos, too. You let me feel like I'm not alone. That's quite a comfort to me. And i bought carpe lotion after watching your videio, it helps a lot. Thank you sincerely🙏

    • @SweatyJen

      In the USA you will need a prescription to purchase the machine. I had mine written by my dermatologist. If you contact support@dermadry.com they may be able to provide you with additional resources for having a prescription written, if you need any help!
      Thank you for watching and for the great question. Hope you have a wonderful day😄

      Sweaty Jen must it be used every day? how long does each session last?

    • @SweatyJen
      @SweatyJen  4 года назад

      @@ilsoleilsole1032 At the beginning, it should be used 5 days a week on the maximum setting you can tolerate. It takes 20 minutes to treat the hands and feet, and only 15 minutes for the armpits. Once you have one area under control, you can reduce the treatments to one or two treatments per week. :)

      I have heard various answers about how long it takes to work. Some sources say 2 weeks, others say to give it a month. You can find the product at dermadry.com
      If you are in the USA you do need a prescription written for the machine.
