Wait is the big thing in the center front a transformer? Because that's going to convert AC (220 here) to lower voltage (2*36 you said) AC. Unless you have a rectifier (bridge or other) behind it with some large electrolytic caps. Also somewhat surprised there is no brake resistor on the VFD. Is that on purpose for some reason or is it just not visible and discussed?
