Please try to remember to get some dates from magazines and foods, gives us an idea of when it was last lived in 🙂 One of those cassettes was Golden Earring, Radar Love is a great song, one of my favourites 😊 That bed looked like someone had died on it and wasn't found for a while 😢 Keep 'em coming Colin!!
I'd take it fix it up and be very happy living there I couldn't really see how bad it was with camera shots of only the floor but I love it a really deep clean and lots of love I'd call it home❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The ‘bullet casings’ are .22LR. ‘Two Two Rimfire’, more properly called Two Two Long Rifle. Probably the most popular target training and small animal hunting cartridge on the planet. So many thousands of possible small target and hunting rifles and pistols have been made for it since the 1880s when it came out. It’s probably the oldest cartridge still in widespread use today!
I see some other explorers have been back in the last few days after seeing your video and found a body in the bed! Police are investigating and apparently the guy had been missing for some time
You ever thought of doing a revisted edition if you ever find the story/reason why these houses become abandoned? Don't actually have to go back lol, but editing to inculde it.
I'm not sure what the CLX stands for but I do know you had the CL and the CLX they were manufactured between 1992 to 1995 my Dad had a CL Ford Escort and he also had 3 Ford Escort CLX 1.6 Estates you also had the Ford Focus CLX which was manufactured in 1998 aswell my Dads friend had one. Very rare Fords indeed the CLX's the best phrase I can think of is as rare as hens teeth nowadays so that was a really good find the last time I checked there were only 1000 left in the world I've been looking for a CLX for a while to remember me of my late Father.
A small machete might help when trying to get through that thick brush. Wondering how those cars got there. Must be a road somewhere. Very cool find. Thank you!.
I live in Germany and I think Belgium is like Germany with car number plates. The plates don't stay on the car. You keep your number plate for your next car. So you have the same number plate for life
Well now Colin the Renault 11..I’ve never heard of it but I think that it could be saved but whose got the time patience and money for it had to be very wealthy to resurrect it…. But I feel bad for the Alfa Romeo …. Final Great video 👍👍😎😎😃😀
10 minutes of waste at the beginning to get there is a bit long though mate, I know it takes a while walking and stuff but maybe cut it to small clips. Good spot 👍
A suggestion, always carry a pair of wellies with you! What an adventure, really interesting place and vintage cars to see. Never a dull moment with you. A lovely little find.😊
Definitely something to do with Dutch people, as said. Calve peanut butter, rundvlees salade (beef salad) and indeed Dutch music, NL sticker on Renault. Oh, by the way, in The Netherlands the number plate belongs to the car! Does seem like a criminal hide out, somehow
Well done on navigating through the swamp. The beaver dam seemed very sturdy. Looked like it would have been a nice little cabin. Loads of interesting cars. Thanks for sharing Colin xx
Thank you for risking life and limb through the creeks to share this cabin in the woods. Such a sad story. 👏 Someone got those cars in there and someone got in there to fill up that propane tank. You should be able to go out via that path, or driveway. 👀🤔
I do love your videos and you do seem like a sensible Guy so why oh why do you never bring a pair of Wellington's and some spare socks when you're doing your adventures and even sometimes a bump hat in case anything hits you on the head in some of these dodgy places anyway love the videos
Hi! I'm sorry but I haven't been able to get the Chateau vid out of my mind!!! That slamming door upstairs 😳 what in earth or WHO on earth was that? So darn scary! I really like your videos!! Always great content greetings from Boston, Massachusetts USA
I saw Tazer's video on this explore. It is fascinating how you both concentrate on different objects. It's almost as if it were two different places. As I told Nathan, the neighbor with the pitchfork might have been preferable to all the wandering in the bog.
What a fight to get to that place!! And making your own dam too 😂 When you said that's a Sierra over there I was how on Earth can you tell? Then you said that's an Escort I recognised it immediately 😂 When you know, you know!! 😮 Great find there 😊
Those will be 22 l.r. shells, a very widely used small caliber for both rifles and handguns. I don't know if I missed something because most other commenters say that this is in Belgium but one of the cars has an NL sticker on. However wherever it is I agree that their plates must belong to the owner and not the car, same thing in Switzerland too.
All of your initial terrain problems could be solved with investment in a proper pair of military/high leg boots. I always wear a set when exploring as you never know what the grounds going to be like or even what is on the ground of where your exploring. Better to have dry and undamaged feet than soggy and hurt feet.
In Belgium the front number plate belongs to the owner, not the car. I remember growing up there as a young child my dad used to give his number plate to the dealer when he bought a car.
That cat could of been a sphynx cat I have one, that’s very sad. What a fascinating place, so much left behind, thank you for the explore x
I always hope you look for dates on tins in the cupboard. Gives you a rough idea when it was vacated.

Why not checking the dates on ok on of the food packages? It's so frustrating you hardly ever do that
I see some other explorers have been back in the last few days after seeing your video and found a body in the bed! Police are investigating and apparently the guy had been missing for some time
These people were from Holland. Those tapes are all from Dutch artists like Andre Hazes, Marco Bakker and The Golden Earring.
Those bullet casings are .22 calibre, most likely a target rifle or small calibre pistol
Should do more of these rumours every week
You ever thought of doing a revisted edition if you ever find the story/reason why these houses become abandoned? Don't actually have to go back lol, but editing to inculde it.
The bullet case are from a .22 rim fire rifle very very common or also known as .22 long rifle hope this helps Colin
I think the owners were Dutch. There are a lot of items left in this language. Probably a holiday home or maybe this is in The Netherlands?
One car has "NL" on the rear
Hey cool tattoo man I have your sticker in my phone case 😁 - girl from the maccies drive through
Awesome place thanks

The escort clx was a European model manufactured for four years. 95 to 98 and came in three engine sizes. 1.4 1.6 1.8 and also a cabrio model.
Great content. Why was it abandoned with everything left ? Ontop.
A small machete might help when trying to get through that thick brush. Wondering how those cars got there. Must be a road somewhere. Very cool find. Thank you!.
You need to find out the history of it please 😢
I live in Germany and I think Belgium is like Germany with car number plates. The plates don't stay on the car. You keep your number plate for your next car. So you have the same number plate for life
@Gerry Dilleburch Those who dont care do it like this, i could never just give up my personal plate number.
@Gerry Dilleburch I have had the same plate for 10 year and had 4 cars
I no longer live in Berlin, but I still have my Berlin plates , so your totally wrong
When you sell /scrap a car the number plate dose not go with the new owner.
Well now Colin the Renault 11..I’ve never heard of it but I think that it could be saved but whose got the time patience and money for it had to be very wealthy to resurrect it…. But I feel bad for the Alfa Romeo …. Final Great video 👍👍😎😎😃😀
Like another mention, looks like a body decomposing under all the clutter on the mattress in the bedroom
I thought the same 😮
10 minutes of waste at the beginning to get there is a bit long though mate, I know it takes a while walking and stuff but maybe cut it to small clips. Good spot 👍
Those are 22 caliber casings either rifle or pistol. They are used for both.
Soo sad about the cat, and the cars just lying there, they will be worth quite a bit today. Great video.
Quite a sad find really, so many unanswered questions, a whole time capsule of life, what ever happened to the occupants.
Hi colin why not always keep another pair of shoes and socks with a towel in your car so if you get wet feet you can change another good video
A suggestion, always carry a pair of wellies with you! What an adventure, really interesting place and vintage cars to see. Never a dull moment with you. A lovely little find.😊
Was it near the boarder of the netherlands.
Becouse of the big amount of dutch stuff .
Also one of the cars .
Greets from holland
Definitely something to do with Dutch people, as said. Calve peanut butter, rundvlees salade (beef salad) and indeed Dutch music, NL sticker on Renault. Oh, by the way, in The Netherlands the number plate belongs to the car! Does seem like a criminal hide out, somehow
Lovely mate. Really enjoyed it. Especially Nathan and the mud. It is not easy for us big guys.
Well done on navigating through the swamp. The beaver dam seemed very sturdy. Looked like it would have been a nice little cabin. Loads of interesting cars. Thanks for sharing Colin xx
Ford escort CLX was made for the europe market only great video too
Thank you for risking life and limb through the creeks to share this cabin in the woods. Such a sad story. 👏

I had a metallic green Renault 11 GTL with the same interior as my first car back in 97
The 😊😅1980s sliding mirrored doors very 1980s.
You deserve a thumbs-up just for getting to the property! Interesting location in the middle of nowhere. Thanks for sharing!
I saw Tazer's video on this explore. It is fascinating how you both concentrate on different objects. It's almost as if it were two different places. As I told Nathan, the neighbor with the pitchfork might have been preferable to all the wandering in the bog.
Great video @The beareded explorer ,, there a bungalow and a drive full of cars in brambledown isle of sheppy worth a look
Was an amazing adventure in the endless swamp 😂😂😂
@@UrbanMoth1 haha hell yeah 😂
Watching you trying to get there was soooooo boring
🎉🎉🎉🎉Sombody agrees 😊😊😊
I have a question ❓❓❓❓❓ why do you whisper, so the ghosts will not hear.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Another great video, hope your feet stay dry. 😮
Love Beardy Plory!
.22 rimfire cartridges, they look like standard not long rifle
Cool video Colin ..the cars are well and truly buried ...good though wonder how long it's been lost to the elements ...looking forward to next time 👍
What a fight to get to that place!! And making your own dam too 😂 When you said that's a Sierra over there I was how on Earth can you tell? Then you said that's an Escort I recognised it immediately 😂 When you know, you know!! 😮 Great find there 😊

CLX is a bit more than the LX I think u got velour trim and no rev counter almost taxi spec
Great explore colin
Colin close that fridge and that chip pan looked vile 🤢 what a great explore. 👍
An epic journey, perhaps rivalling Lord of the Rings.
Another unbelievable Time Capsule Find, Colin. So sad, those Vehicles have been left to rust away, though.
.22 rim fire casings.
In Belgium the front number plate belongs to the owner, not the car. I remember growing up there as a young child my dad used to give his number plate to the dealer when he bought a car.
Is it possible that the plates were taken by car thieves? As always though these videos make you wonder what happened?
Someone has said that in Belgium the number plates belong to the owners not the cars.
Cassettes with (terrible) old Dutch music...
Noooo!! Golden Earring Radar Love is a great song!!
Hi my husband and I love your videos, we watch them asap lol my question is do you sell your hoodies/ t-shirts ( merchandise) thank you Kerry 🙂
mother nature sure has a way of taking her land back those cars are buried
It's fantastic explore but other explorers find out the history
Awesome find Colin.
If you tried to revive these cars it would be great. Keep up tbe good work 🔥
'Gentlemen' s area'!!!!! 😂 I love it!
I don't like dead animals or crappy toilets, you have some very unique explores or I would not contine watching.😮
I wonder why there are *two* left hand drive cars there? Seems odd....
Bring some dry socks and shoes to cabbage into.
I want to know how the cars got back there?
Hi Colin, hi everybody.
That was a cool video.
I've never heard of a Ford Escort CLX either. I'll have to check that one out.
Take care.
NON UK model were badged as CLX
@@alankershaw3215 That's a cool Escort. Thanks for letting me know.
Nothing left in the uk to explore ?
I love untouched houses shows the history of the house and theyre not destroyed
Hi Colin , those bullet casings are .22 rimfire most likely from a rifle
Well a painting of Adolf always make you wounder
Another good video 👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Some countries the number belongs to the person owner not the car !! Change car take the number plates put on new car 🚗
The bullet casings look like .22's and have you ever thought of taking along a spare pair of socks?
Some stuff in the kitchen is Dutch. Kaneel (cinnamon) en rundvlees salade (beef salad) very cool.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
@12:33 A Frisian saying!! How did it get there?!
38 cab
Was there no bedrooms where did they sleep but really gd explore
Just wonderibg if there dumped stolen were no nunber plates
22
The spent gun casings are from a .22 lr rimfire.
Poor thing, so sad
as others have said, .22 cal rimfire spent cartidges
Great video watch this 30th of June 23
2.2 rim fire that's what shell's they are by the looks of it
22 shells bud
Looked to be casings from a 22 cailber
Part of the g might fell off on the glx escort just a guess
How did the person that lived there even get home?
👀 if you can maybe get the Renue out of the woods and get It restored.
C.l.X left hand drive
You can hear the road noise
Shell casings likely a 22 caliber.
Another great vedio as usual keep them coming mate
