Janelle Elleandish is amazing, and explains it so eloquently compared to other instructions I've seen. It's much easier and looks really professional. Keep up your great work, you are so talented.
Great video, you probably make the best types of nail art videos on youtube, clear and to the point. Your voice is fact rather soothing than bored-sounding and the music is nice actually.
Hi,again a great tutorial, thank you for explaining every detail so clearly, and showing too how it is done. Please keep your lovely cool gentle voice, your music compliments your voice as it is quite upbeat,so don't change !!.loving this design.x
This was the first video I saw from your collection. The quality of the video and interesting nail art design captured my attention and made me want to see more. Keep up the good work!
I think the formulation for Revlon and OPI are pretty good from the ones that I own. I think none of the ones I own from that brand have thickened on me. Most of my Essie's are good too except for French Affair.
Make sure most of the tape gumminess is removed by placing it on your hands. The oils on your skin will help. Some tapes can be stickier than others. If that doesn't help... use a fast drying topcoat on top of your base color first. Let that dry completely.. do a light touch test to see if its 100% dry. Then continue with the tape. I hope that helps you and best of luck to you!! :D
Oh, yay! I actually love the song!! I love your voice, its so calming and soothing. Right now I'm actually freaking out, "OMG!! SOMEONE ON RUclips ANSWERED MY COMMENT!!" :)
Very cute..that's a lot of steps.I would do this design if I had acrylic nails so it could last.My polish usually last 2-3days before chipping so I end up polishing my nails 1-2 times a week when it begins to chip or if I get bored of the color.
I was never a fan of black nail polish until I used it for a Halloween nail design. I've been looking for a good way to use it. This is a great way. Thanks.
Thank you! I'm feeling the pressure to have a more upbeat tone of voice from commenters and I think that's why that happens. Some people want soothing, some people want upbeat and happy. Hopefully I can settle somewhere in the middle. Thanks for the comment :)
Oooooo love! This would look great with one accent nail in the lighting bolt design and the other nails solid white, black, and gold, if you have very little patience :)
I did it a little differently. Cut out the little lightening bolts then painted black bottom, white top, removed tape, then painted the gold and added sparkles. The tape kept tearing when I would pick it up to place on my nail so I'd have to make another. Doesn't matter, still very pleased with the result.
Thanks for the idea. You do need to mention that you should "cap" the tip of your nail with at least your top coat, though it would be better with the white and top coat. That prevents your polish from chipping too fast, especially with all those layers.
I forget now because this was a while ago, but it took some time. To make it easier & faster, I'd recommend doing the lightning bolt on the ring finger as an accent nail :)
really supercute! you are really precise and I love this, but I don't think that I could handle this. so much wait time. I need my amazing nails already!!!!
Beautiful design!!! Is it possible using this method when doing the soak off gels nail polish ?Dose the tape melt when using under LED lamps ? Thanks so much
Even with gel polish, you have to take the scotch tape immediately after painting them, or else it might get stuck on the polish and ruin the design. Hope this helped :D
If you can, try to remove it while the polish is still wet. Sometimes if I let it dry and then remove the tape, the line won't be as clean. Good luck!! :D
Applying polish that is opaque in fewer coats helps, and I try to make the coats as thin as possible... it's hard but with practice I'm sure you'll get the hang of it!
Unfortunately this one also does get thick. My Essie Blanc is still as thin as when I got it though. But it is not as opaque and will require 2 coats for full opacity.
For all those who are asking, it takes about 20 -30 minutes for polish to completely dry :) (this will make sure the tape dosent remove the polish underneath)
try wet and wild's white polish. i prefer it to OPI's and the essie polish. its a good single coat formula and when im doing nail are i go for their black or white
You have great sense of design and some very steady hands to replicate the effect so exactly on every finger.
It took me a while too :) Sometimes when I'm working with tape (depending on the polish) it doesn't turn out too well. I'm glad it worked out for you!
Janelle Elleandish is amazing, and explains it so eloquently compared to other instructions I've seen. It's much easier and looks really professional. Keep up your great work, you are so talented.
:} Thank you for the encouragement !!
I am an impatient beginner and I learned a lot in this nice short little video. Thanks!!

love your nail tutorial so much ... especially the konad stamping (simply, fast and nice) it helped me... THX
Really Good Finish!
This video makes it look achievable!
I think the formulation for Revlon and OPI are pretty good from the ones that I own. I think none of the ones I own from that brand have thickened on me. Most of my Essie's are good too except for French Affair.
You are so SOOOOOOO TALENTED!! I LOVE watching your videos now I have found you. :) You are a true artist!
I really like your videos.. they explain more then the others.. and I just started stamping. so I really love your Ideas... thank you
Before :) If you let the polish dry first, sometimes the polish becomes gummy and residue is left behind. Wet polish will leave a cleaner line.
These are the best nails you've done Xx
This nail art very easy and beautiful, congratulations❤️
I don't know why everyone is complaining over your voice, I think it was soft and nice ^^
Awesome. Thanks for the lovely design!!!!
One of my favourite videos. Can't believe someone doesn't like it?
Awesome design! I can't wait to try this.

It will depend on the polish and how thick you are applying your coats. Just do a light touch test to see if it is dry.
